Ladies and gentlemen, one of our two special packages has arrived πŸ₯Ή!! This is part 2/2 of the first mystery post about the incubator installations for these tiny eggs. Great appreciation goes to Vagabond Culture : 𝔸 𝔹𝕠𝕦π•₯π•šπ•’π•¦π•– π”½π•’π•£π•žπ•€π•₯𝕖𝕒𝕕 for our stunning shipment of Coturnix quail hatching eggs and the care that was put into her packaging. Everyone was beyond impressed with what we got. Not a single egg was broken or had any hairline cracks, and that's awesome in our books. In a few months' time, we will have standard-sized Coturnix quail with a rare plumage coloration that she has created over time, along with gorgeous celidon eggs; I mean, look at the robin's egg blue on some of those - I'm obsessed 😍.

We have a very special package coming in you guys! Cayuga ducks are something I've been very much looking forward to having on the homestead for a long time now. As of last winter, I ordered two bundles of hatching eggs, and they are set to be shipped in the next day or so πŸ₯Ή. I'm looking for any tips or tricks from experienced Cayuga waterfowl hatchers on how to get the absolute best hatch rates I can.

Y'all, I need help 😩. I lost my Jake a few months back, and my two ladies have lost all their sanity since then; it's getting pretty awkward for me 🫣. Every day during feedings or even just walking past their pen, this is what they do 🀣. I'm looking for a tom, I'm not picky about the feather typ as I plan to get a complete flock of a specific breed later on. This is just a flock for fun and diversity at the homestead in the meantime. We're based in Bushnell (33513) in Sumter county , so anything local will be our first option, we're hoping not to have to make a large distance trip for a simple tom.

Alright y'all, I've been hearing everywhere, ESPECIALLY recently it seems from everyone and their cousins, about "My turkeys are laying everywhere!", "I've loaded four incubators full of my turkey eggs.", "Does anyone need any turkey eggs? I have plenty." While I'm over here two hens deep, tearing up because it's been a ghost town for turkey eggs since last year in late summer 😭. I was just on my last nerve a day ago with the whole turkey egg situation, and the two ladies must have heard me threatening while prancing around the backyard and decided to put in the work, while I passed their pen in disgust later in the evening I found this: it's finally my turn for some giant speckled beauties πŸ₯ΉπŸ™πŸ». And it's got a bloom you guys I didn't know turkeys laid blooms to πŸ˜†.

Ok y'all we have someone that deserves the spotlight along with as many wishes and blessings as our small group of followers is able to send her wayπŸ™πŸ» Catherines Nest Is BY FAR one of the sweetest, caring and thoughtful individuals I've personally ever met πŸ’š. This woman has been such an angel to my family and I along our homesteading journey for a good while now, she's the utmost patient and truly understanding person you could ask for. She has gifted us an absolutely gorgeous package that I have to say is the most thought out, detailed and well presented set of eggs I've ever personally come across. She takes her love and passion for poultry and turns it into her own artwork to make others burst with joy and honesty feel like a kid on Christmas day again πŸ₯°. Any packages from her are magical they take something like poultry and bring it to a whole other personal level that can't help but bring happiness to each and every person who crosses her path. She also has her packages so well put together I have to doubt in my mind that they are 100% damage free guaranteed unless it's under the shipping company's side and even then it would have to be detrimental to outstand her shipping precautions. Even though this post is to help bless her in any way we can for her business ( hence the photography of her workmanship ), I still just want to say how truly blessed we are to have her present in our lives because she is a dying breed of people that deserve anything she strives for in life to return her genuine love towards others πŸ’š. Thank you so much again for being such a beautiful soul and doing what you do for others Catherine, we love you dearly 🫢🏻.
