I’ve lost a few followers due to my views on studding out rabbits and how it can transmit diseases. That’s ok, I’m perfectly fine with that. Thanks to the followers who understand biosecurity and how important it is!

I would NEVER “stud” out a rabbit to the public. You never know what diseases those rabbit’s carry.. bio security is VERY important.. helping a close friend out is different but I would never stud a buck to a random stranger.

I’ve been seeing a lot of other rabbitries jump on other’s for not having A/C in this heat spell. It’s okay that you’re using fans, frozen water bottles, and tiles to keep your bunnies cool. I personally mist my English Lop’s. I know I’ve gotten hate for that before…. it’s what works best for YOU and YOUR rabbits. 🐇

Everyone has fresh cold water I keep replacing every few hours. And everyone is misted down a few times a day as well. They have three large fans going on. Nobody seems to be feeling ill and everyone is eating and drinking so far. Tomorrow is a big worry. So I’ll be constantly going out and checking on them. Thankfully my big tree shades the building good too.

Stay safe everyone! Check on your animals, don’t stay out longer then you need too.
