Good morning!
We are up and at it and looking forward to the warmer weather promised as the week comes to an end.

We are currently happy to accept new clients, but are booking the first week of April right now. We would still be happy to schedule new appointments, we just have a back log of people trying to get in.

To our customers and friends always recommending us to your friends THANK YOU! We have been truly blessed, and I see every comment you make, and appreciate you more than you know.

If you message me to make an appointment it’s a toss up weather I see it or not, if I say I’ll get back to you and forget, please don’t take it personal we are literally just navigating and trying to balance our work load/family. Good morning! We are so thankful for the warm weather finally! 😍

We are booked very hard due to getting behind when the weather was so bad, and an influx of new customers, right now we’re scheduling out about 2-3 weeks and that usually only happens deep summer and around the holidays.

If you need an appointment I urge you to call asap for an appointment, we really want to be able to get our regulars on the books and keep them on schedule so booking your next appointment at pick up is strongly encouraged.

With that said, we love you all and can’t wait to see you and our pups 😍🐾

Happy New Year!! 🎊
Did you know January is our least busy month of the year? We work so much in December that it’s almost two months worth of work 😂 With that being said, our books are open and we are taking new clients! Your continued support has blessed our business beyond imagination as we enter into our 4th year and we are beyond thankful for each and every single relationship we have made with you and your dogs. I do have a few reminders I would love to point out below.

When scheduling please reach out via the phone number on our page: (828)208-2709 as we don’t always see our messages on Facebook.

If you keep your dog on a 6-10 week schedule with us, it helps keep our prices low and your dogs maintained.

When dropping off, our parking is limited so feel free to park in the driveway and run in or across the driveway our neighbors are amazing and don’t care for you to park there.

PLEASE wait until we call you to show up. If you show up early and come in, your dog is going to want off the table and we will be unable to finish the groom. They are hard to calm back down after seeing their mom and dad and it has notoriously gotten and kept us behind almost daily, and our schedule will not allow for the extra time it takes anymore. So if you show up early be ready to take an unfinished dog back home. I promise we won’t keep them a second longer than absolutely necessary, we love them but have to be able to do the next one.

We only accept cash, electronic payments such as Cash App and Apple Pay or checks. We can not run cards as it cost us an arm and a leg, so to keep our prices low we don’t accept them at all

We have a 15 minute window for late appointments, and that’s all we will be able to allow to keep from getting behind, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule.

We love you, we love your dogs, and we can’t wait to see where the new year takes us.
