30 CONTRACT FLOWBACK SERVICE OPERATORS (LEVEL IV) NEEDED IMMEDIATELY. EAST TEXAS & LOUISIANA.

Gladiator Oilfield Services is seeking professional, safety-oriented field personnel who have full cycle experience working as a Contract Flowback Service Operator (CFSO).

REQUIREMENTS:
All Contract Flowback Service Operators must provide the following (with monthly Certificate of Insurance (COI) updates):
1. Valid Flowback Insurance (we can assist you in setting this up).
2. Workers’ Compensation Coverage (we can assist you in setting this up).
3. A valid EIN / Tax ID for a current LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, etc.
4. A current Certificate of Good Standing from issuing state LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, etc. is registered in.
5. A resume demonstrating a minimum of two years of high-pressure flowback experience, including references.
6. Personal equipment, including a truck, camper, and all necessary tools for the job.

COMPENSATION:
In line with best in the industry. Commensurate with experience:
- Level I (No experience or cumulative 6 months previous experience)
- Level II (6 months minimum or cumulative 1 year previous experience
- Level III (1 year minimum or cumulative 2 years previous experience
- Level IV (2 years minimum or cumulative 5+ years previous experience

This is our keeper female off of Constantine Jr. and Ellie, she is 14.5 weeks. We took this pic of her today. She just got her ears faded, so she hasn’t been eating as much the last couple of days, she is normally a little thicker than she is here. She is gonna be really nice when she’s an adult. 🦍

This here is Mack. He’s about 100 lbs, short, wide, and stout as a 🦍. He’s a great dog. Housebroken, smart, and very well mannered. Can’t wait to have some puppies out of this guy! I sure hope he breeds his temperament into his puppies.

Royal at 6 months and 16 months. He’s currently 80lbs and really clean. He still has some growing to do, but he is coming along nicely!
