Market Saturday at Burnet on the square! First time getting to bring live birds and was kinda late getting the picture and had already sold a decent bit of pickled eggs😅 and sold out of meat! Butcher day tomorrow to hopefully restock for next weekend. Had a good time speaking with interested customers and answering all the questions from the kiddos. Hope to see everyone next weekend!

We are ready for our market tomorrow. In addition to our eggs and pickled eggs, we will now be offering whole skinless spatchcock quail! If you didn’t know, everything in our little homestead is fed 100% NON-GMO Kalmbach feed providing you and your family a healthier product. Be it eggs or meat, if bought from us it will be fed 100% non-gmo from hatch to butcher.

Our sad sad little booth lol. But in our defense, the pickled quail eggs have sold out and with the weather being extremely windy we didn’t want to risk bringing the birds. But our first farmers market in the books at Burnet on the square!

Been a while since we’ve checked in or posted 😅 you’re looking at the latest project that may look super simple, but has had several set backs and was not ready in anywhere near the time frame we needed it to be. But here we are 90% complete and ready to move some of our almost 3 week olds in for trials. Still need to figure out heat source and good feeders that I can hang or mount somehow….that last 10% gonna force me to make decisions I am no good at😅
