The Collective Food Hub is a unique store, packed with all things local, from produce, meats, cheese curds, sodas, farm eggs, baked goods and freezer meals (all made in-house!), soaps, jams & jellies, the list goes on.

"I love it when a plan comes together."
For several years, we wanted our local produce to be available to customers long after the growing season was over. In order to accomplish this, we needed a licensed, commercial kitchen. Mission accomplished!!

Our thick and chunky salsa, cowboy candy, and variety of pickled vegetables are now available. The best part, the vegetables are grown on our farm. The true definition of buying local, eating local, and supporting local.

Last Chance.....maybe 😁 One never knows when dealing with produce. Final batch of sweetcorn is picked and available (while it lasts) unless our late planting surprises us. Tomatoes are ripening fast, but so many are splitting and our quantities are decreasing.
In other words, time is running out. Peppers, onions, zucchini, and PUMPKINS add to a "picture perfect" display of color!

Need tomatoes or sweet corn? The Collective Food Hub is closed this week; however, produce is available at the farm this week by appointment (text 319-759-9807).

This may be the last opportunity to purchase fresh sweet corn, depending upon the weather, and the tomatoes are also ripening fast.

It's September 1st and 90+ degrees outside. I think this heat calls for sweetcorn and BLT's for dinner!
The sweetcorn is the yummy, peaches & cream, pop-in-your-mouth kernels that is heavenly with butter dripping of the cob and a bit of salt to add savory to the OH SO SWEET!!
Tomatoes are finally recovering from the wet August, and our tomato price has been discounted.
