I personally did not witness this but wanted to put it out there. The person reporting said she saw 2 Pitbulls running after cars and biting tires of vehicles coming down the drive to the park. If you witness this I encourage you to take photos and call animal control.

Please be aware when you bring items (small decor) to leave at the dog park that it could cause health concerns if ingested by dogs, wildlife and children. The items that were brought to my attention are small shapes constructed of form with a peel off backing so they can be stuck to things. Also if you see items of concern please pick them up and discard them. Thank you

Yoshi, the Shibu Inu has been reunited with his owner thanks to the community support!

A 13 yr old red Shibu Inu escaped the dog park. Owner chased him up the hill and he crossed the road. He is now driving the road looking for him. The dogs name is Yoshi, red In color with a blue collar. He is microchipped and has tags on. Probably deaf

There was an incident at the dog park last week in which a dog was injured. At the time all dogs appeared okay except for a limp. The owner of the dog who injured the other dog agreed to pay vet costs should that be necessary. Unfortunately neither party had any way to exchange information. Since then it was discovered that the injured dog did require veterinary treatment. This is a message from the owner of the injured dog. She also posted signs at the park. Any assistance in locating the other dog owner would be appreciated.
