Ticket to Tango

Tango is a 2009, 16.1h, chestnut, Hanoverian/Welsh Cob cross. He is a wonderful lower level packer for eventing or dressage, would also be a fun fox hunting partner or for someone looking for a solid reliable horse to try any discipline on!

Tango has successfully competed in USDF recognized Dressage at Training level w/ an adult amateur and schools through Second level, with very nice lateral work including half pass. He won his USEA NEH test at TX Rose in 2023 and has shown Starter level eventing at schooling shows with his junior rider, he schools all the BN!

Same horse every day, level headed, super safe, perfect junior/amateur mount! Trailers well, ties anywhere, well mannered and easy to handle!

Ride times for the Dr Patty Summers Clinic this weekend!

We have a full clinic with 14 rides each day and the Lecture by Dr Patty on Sat evening on Connection/Thoroughness and it’s Biomechanics!

So proud of Break My Stride this past weekend at MCP HT!! We got 4th place in the Starter division! His girls - Annaliess and Charlotte, came out to the show to watch and take care of him so he had lots of loving the whole weekend!

Kylie & Cassari did great in the Nov Ch division and are gearing up for their Training move up in Oct!

Angela and both of her boys - Banks and Vital did awesome! Banks was so happy to be back out competing with a 2nd place finish for them! Vital was a super boy for his first recognized HT and we are so excited for his future!

I have a junior student looking for her next dressage/eventing horse! Anything that meets the below criteria send my way!

🟣Horse should have experience through Beg Novice/Novice, if more great but not required. Ideally this girl would start out at Starter and be able to go Beg Novice in spring!

🟣Looking for a horse that enjoys its flatwork as well, rider wants to show at USDF show in addition to USEA.

🟣 Ideal age range 10-15. We will look at horses outside this range if they meet all other needs, just don’t want to young (not enough experience) or too old (on it’s last leg)

🟣Open to most breeds, just would prefer to stay away from full TB.

🟣Mostly looking for push ride so need something not too sensitive/hot.

🟣Must be safe to the jumps! Needs experience, please do not send me your talented greenies that will be safe one day, when this kid goes out of the start box I want to know the horse can get her around a course safely.

🟣As she wants to do dressage too, a horse that’s fairly easy to get connected and round is ideal. No upside down giraffes that need the stars to align to get round once in a blue moon.

🟣Horse will stay in full training program in a beautiful barn with amazing care!

🟣Budget for purchase is low fives starting with a 1 and a 5, also will consider lease options!

🟣To sum it up - we are not looking for the next Olympic superstar, just an honest, safe, fun horse with some experience that wants a super sweet kid on it’s back, with a mom that will take the best care of it!
