POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operation of the Friends of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter (FNCAS) Thrift Shop.

This includes facility management and daily operations of the shop, inventory, facility, and financial management. Supervises volunteers; oversees pricing, online sales, outreach, and donation processing. Ensures quality customer service. Salary is negotiable.

Our volunteers are currently busy processing all of the amazing donations that have been donated recently, but due to a recent influx of clothing donations we are currently in need of a little time to get caught up. PLEASE support us by either holding on to your donations for a short time or if you are in need of disposing of them quickly please consider donating them to one of the other local charitable organizations.

Hello everyone!

If you happen to have any old newspapers lying around we would happily take them off your hands! We are running low on our newspaper stock that we use to package up customer’s fragile purchases. If you have some old newspapers that you wouldn’t mind passing on to us please feel free to leave them with the cashier during our open hours or you can leave them in the donation shed if we are closed!
