Cee Cee, the sweet tortoise, came in with a rope, tied around her front leg! Dr. Patin removed the rope from the dead leg and gave her a brand new wheel!!! Cee Cee went home today…feeling like a brand new tortoise!! Dr. Patin is amazing! YES WE SEE TORTOISES!! I would say that Dr. Patin is quite the innovator!
