Well. She was safe. For one day. Then back to Fulton. But then safe again for this week... but not permanently.

This beautiful girl, Moody, is out of time in a crowded shelter. She’s loving, smart, and quickly adjusted to home life — house-trained, sleeps through the night, and adores people.

Her challenge? She needs to be the only dog. Right now, the current foster can’t safely keep her with her own dog, and without a foster or adopter immediately, she will end up back in the shelter.

The music stops for Moody Blues at 7 PM tonight if she doesn't find a way out of Fulton County animal control. This spunky, 35-pound three-year-old loves life, people, and other dogs, making her an ideal sport dog prospect for an active family.

Marcy arrived on July 10 after being found as a stray in the Lawrenceville area, wearing a camouflage collar but, sadly, no ID. She’s around 4 years old, weighs 52 pounds, and is the definition of a girls’ girl! She’s sweet as can be with the ladies, but not too sure about the guys just yet.

During her photoshoot, Marcy was a total sweetheart. She sat when asked, stayed close for comfort, and even tried to curl up like a lapdog. There’s a gentle, timid side to her, but it’s clear she wants to trust and be loved. She also appears to be housebroken, which tells us she likely knew a home once, and she’s ready to know one again.
