The 3rd Annual Halloween Pup Strut on Allen Street was one for the books!
We had the most gorgeous day filled with pups and their humans in costume, adoptable dogs looking for their forever homes, and so many people out enjoying Allen Street together. We’re still smiling looking back at it all.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who registered and came out to support this event. As a small, independently owned business, putting on an event like this takes a lot of time, planning, and money, and every registration truly makes a difference. Thank you for helping us make it happen!
A big thank you to the participating businesses who helped make the Pup Strut happen, and to Buffalo Underdogs Rescue and Queen City Pitties Animal Rescue for bringing some very deserving pups who are still looking for their forever homes.
And most of all, we need to give the biggest shoutout to our friend Liesl. From heading out to the farm to gather corn stalks and pumpkins to bringing all the photo ops to life, she went above and beyond in every way. Her creativity, organization, and willingness to jump in wherever she was needed made this event so much better than we could have imagined! We are so lucky to have her in our corner, and we hope she knows just how much she's appreciated.
Three years of the Pup Strut, so many amazing dogs, and a community that keeps showing up for them. That's what it's all about.
