🐾 Meet Trooper! 🐾
This handsome black and rust Doberman puppy is Trooper, an 8 month old purebred boy with a joyful spirit, endless curiosity, and all the goofy charm that comes with being a young Doberman.
Trooper originally came from a breeder and was dearly loved by his senior family. Sadly, after his dad passed away, his mom found herself unable to keep up with the boundless energy of a growing Doberman puppy. Wanting the very best for him, she made the difficult but loving decision to help him find a home where he can thrive.
Trooper is affectionate, playful, and always ready for an adventure. He loves other dogs and enjoys a good game of chase, though some dogs and new situations can still be a little intimidating for him. Because he missed out on important early socialization, Trooper will need continued exposure to new people, dogs, places, and experiences to help build his confidence.
He LOVES doggy daycare!!
This sweet boy is crate trained and already has a great foundation to build on. With structure, training, and consistency, he has all the potential to become an incredible companion.
⚠️ Please note: Trooper was recently returned due to his high puppy energy level. He is a young Doberman and acts like one! He will need daily physical exercise, mental stimulation, training, and appropriate outlets for his energy. If you're looking for a couch companion or aren't prepared to invest time and effort into exercising and training a young working-breed dog, Trooper is not the right fit.
