Klaus had his yearly checkup and he has Coccidia 😭
The vet tech said they can get it from rabbit p**p in the yard. He’s acting normal and is on meds now (albon).
I never thought I’d be upset at our furry yard bunnies.
We have an apple tree so we get a lot of critters.
I also scrubbed down his crate and food bowls with ammonia because the internet says that our normal household cleaners won’t kill it. He had this when we brought him home so I’m also worried that maybe we didn’t get rid of it properly back then.
