I’m responding to the “Awareness Post” by CYNTHIA YAMMINE. She has published it in one of cat lovers group .
I thought I'd never encounter a case like this, when a buyer wanted me to return her money but she didn’t want to give me my kitten back.
CYNTHIA YAMMINE wrote a post today accusing me of selling her a sick kitten. On the very first day, she texted that the kitten was choking and couldn't breathe. We immediately video called her and asked her to show us the kitten. We saw that the kitten was running and playing, she was not scared at all. That was her first day in a new home. But we recommended Cynthia YAMMINE to take the kitten to her vet for check up ( this was one of the terms of our contract). After the visit to the vet Synthia YAMMINE wrote to us that everything was fine. The kitty was playing and eating and she told us not to worry, the kitty was in good hands. And ten days later, she texted us that the kitten was very ill. We called her and, despite the terms of the contract, we offered to take the kitten and return the money. Our decision was for the kitten's sake, since we didn't understand what could have happened to the kitty at her home. BUT... SHE SAID WE SHOULD SEND HER ALL THE MONEY FOR THE KITTEN, AND SHE WOULD KEEP HER! I asked her many times to return the kitten and get a refund. She cites the kitten's illness and the impossibility of transporting it. But how did she get the kitten into such a state (if that's true?)? In any case, I offered to return the money and take the kitten back. I asked her to provide me with reports from all the doctors she claimed to have seen, but she didn't send me any medical reports. I still don't know what's really wrong with the kitten. The last time (24 days after the sale), she wrote to us that the kitten was sick, and she finally decided to return the kitty to us and get the money back. We asked her to send us all the medical records for the kitten, but she didn't respond and didn't send any documents. Instead, she wrote this post. I don't want to write too much in my defense, but I ask you to read the screenshots of our correspondence. Many of our happy kittens live in different states and other countries. We've never had any problems with our buyers. I couldn't even imagine such a thing!
