Our new foster Floki 😍 We cant believe she hasnt been adopted right away! What a gem 💜She hopeful to find her forever family soon. Adoptable through Ark-Valley Humane Society this sweetheart is perfect 🥰 she is quiet in a room, gets along with all the dogs we have introduced her to, and is just a love bug that loves pets and to give kisses 😇

Ark-Valley Humane Society offers pet behavior support and counseling for Chaffee County community pets.

If your dog is struggling with things like reactivity, anxiety, or other behavior challenges—and the cost of training feels out of reach—this program can help.

Eligible participants receive financial assistance for four one-on-one training sessions with positive reinforcement trainers.

The goal? To help pets stay with families who love them.

Update: Puppy found a home!

Curtesy Post: Sweet young pup looking for his forever family or foster family urgently! He was found running free in Ft. Lupton on Feb 25th - very thin, hungry, and thirsty. He has no microchip.

Around 8–10-month-old male German Shepherd x Malinois pup. Very friendly with people and other dogs, house trained, good on road trips. Walks nicely on a leash.

He will do best in a home with someone who can spend time with him and go for walks and maybe even play with other dogs. He is such a good dog. The person that found him says they would keep him if they had the proper space or time to spend. They are looking for his new foster or forever family to swoop him up within the next week if possible.
