Our deepest condolences go to Cori Sevigney on her loss of Big Red.

Red was a gentle old soul who taught so many people how to ride over the years and kept Cori safe in the saddle for the past 8 years.

We are grateful he seemed to pass away without struggle in his sleep. You will be so missed Big Red!!

CONGRATS 👨‍🎓 GRAD!!!

If there’s one thing Cade Pearson can do, it’s ride a horse! One of our most talented riders is off to college. We will miss seeing him and Corleone float around the Hunter ring but honored they represent SSF.

HSV Memorial Day Celebration was full of red, white, and BLUE ribbons! 🥇

Cora Kelly & Erin Pritchetts’ Jaquar won both an .80 & .90 rounds!

Scarlett Kelly & Stonegate Raindrop were schooling pony Champions!

Saylor Berry & Briar Rose were Pre Ch Champions!

Landon Dunn & Brownlands Blessing won the Classic & 2’3 Schooling Hunter Reserve Champions!

Ariadne Turlington & R’ Luck were SS Champions!

Madeline Baldwin competed for the first time and won Reserve Champion in the crossrails with Magic Carpet Ride!

Bailey Sides & Alice in Wonderland won Champion in Novice Mini Hunter winning both over fences & the Eq!

Ellie was Champion both days in the Schooling Hunter with this only being her 2nd show!

Oliver won two of his 3’ rounds!

We will be back in two weeks!!

An easy laid back group went to Tryon Spring 2 and we enjoyed every minute!

Ariadne Turlington and R’ Luck won a SS Hunter round and placed 2nd in a hack!

Aly Snyder and Goes Like This won 2nd in the LS hack and won a few ribbons over fences. Their first show together and Aly first time in show ring in 2 years!

Nova Toney and Drury Lane qualified for small pony jumper finals 2025!

Cade Pearson and Corleone moved up to the 3’6! The first time for both of them at this height. They won a red ribbon in Jr. 3’3.

Polly went around the 1m for the first time with Ashley!

We can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for a summer show!

4 yr Oldenburg 15.2h grey hunter mare. First show Reserve Champ. Great brain & mover. Start with 2.

Tryon Spring 3 was filled with blue ribbon rounds and tri colors!!

Saylor Berry & Briar Rose won Reserve Champion in the Low Child also 2nd in the Challenge!

Macee Wyatt & Superstition won 3rd, 4th, and 7th in their first .90 together!

Ariadne Turlington & R’ Luck won several ribbons in large class of Short Stirrup!

Mazey Johnson & Southern Charm also won several ribbons in the large Short Stirrup division!

Grace Kanavage & Katmandu competed in the .90 winning 2nd & 3rd!

Ashley Peters competed Polly for the first time winning clear rounds in the .80 and moved up to .90

Ashley Peters and Hannah Christian’s, Easy Nice Du Park, marched around the 1m with ease all week!

Nova Toney and Drury Lane competed in the small pony jumpers completing two round and halfway to qualifying for pony finals!

Scarlett Kelly tagged along schooling horses/ponies all week and being a helping hand to anyone in need! She also had a clear .65 round on Drury Lane!

We were blessed at the first HSV show of the season with Tri- color ribbons and beautiful weather!!

☀️ Mazey Johnson & Southern Charm won the Classic both days & two Reserve Champions in the low ch/ad
☀️ Landon Dunn & Brownlands Blessing received Champion in the low ch/ad with a clean sweet and competed in 2’3 for the first time
☀️ Nova Toney & Drury Lane won their first .65 together
☀️ Ariadne Turlington & R’ Luck got a 2nd in Equitation and several ribbons in the huge Short Stirrup division
☀️ Braylee Landreth & Magic Carpet Ride competed at 2ft for the first time together
☀️ Aubree Ballard & Magic Carpet Ride were reserve champions in the 2’3
☀️ Sabrina Cagles Calis Redwoods was Open Hunter Champion with Ashley
☀️ Bailey Sides and Alice in Wonderland won their equitation round
☀️ Saylor Berry & Briar Rose were Pre-Ch adult Champions
☀️ Saylor Berry & sale horse Delilah competed at the .80 with beautiful rounds
☀️ Cora Kelly & Jaquar competed for the first time together in the .80 with fast times
☀️ Scarlett Kelly & Stonegate Raindrop competed at 2’ for the first time and won the hack
☀️ Ellen Murray & Lena competed for the first time together winning Reserve Champion in the mini
