This sweet girl was found and has had it rough. She appears to have been surviving off of the area where she was found. She has a rear leg that is shattered and eight places and will need to be amputated. It was also determined that she had been shot with a pellet gun as she has pellets still visible internally.
The good news is she has found a loving forever home but they could use your help!
