I can say with some pride that my time in Georgia has had a positive ripple effect since moving here from Chicago in 2006. The efforts made towards realizing my dream of doing equine assisted learning and therapeutic riding were realized here. Today, the nonprofit I started in 2015 has morphed into a Foundation with the potential to serve the whole state, thanks to Lissa Corcoran and Flying Change who took it over in March, 2020. I have a family of friends with whom I cannot live without. Rest assured, I will strive to keep these relationships alive as I move to middle Western Tennessee next week. The horses, Scout, and the cats are coming with me. I have been offered a position to become Director of Training, Development, and Equine Therapy for a tech company. Yes, my work with horses is now becoming integrated into a company's HR department! As far as I know right now, this is a pioneering event in the world of Equine Assisted Acitivities, Learning and Mental Health. Exciting stuff!

My work as a life coach will continue. The new logo and website for https://www.debraredman.com was launched today with new videos that can be watched for free on the site. As usual, Pamela Stover did a fantastic job creating my brand and marketing. In the coming weeks, new online resiliency courses will be posted and can be purchased. I can work from anywhere and can travel as needed for equicoaching and life coaching sessions. I will keep making ripples wherever I can.

Spoke to a couple of my special ed teacher friends recently. This is their concern. Please consider putting your kid into equine therapy. It can only help your family and that kid, as well as make the teacher's job easier.

Some students rely on schools for the personal, hands-on attention of specialists. What do they do now?
