Today was a great day to connect with our community! We were thrilled to celebrate one of our wonderful pets finding their forever home!

While many people came out to meet our animals and several said they would be back, they weren’t able to return today. As a result, all of our remaining pets have headed back to the shelter and are still waiting for their forever families.

Even though we only had one adoption, we still consider today a success. We had the opportunity to meet so many people, answer questions, and spread the word about the Cedartown Polk County Humane Society and the importance of spaying and neutering pets. We were grateful for everyone who stopped by to chat with us and learn more about our mission.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us, especially in this heat. If you didn’t find the right pet today, don’t forget—we have many wonderful dogs and cats still waiting for loving homes. Please visit the shelter, share our posts, and help us find these deserving animals the forever families they deserve. Every share, conversation, and visit helps make a difference! ❤️🐾
