Do you recognize your furbabies collar? If so lmk which one and I will put their name on it so you can pick up. These have been left since we moved into the new building (November).

In order to kennel your dog safely we always remove ALL collars. Have you ever tried to free a dog whose buckle was caught in the kennel? Guys they panic! It's a bit traumatic for all of us while trying to free them. (cause we even forget to take them off in the drop off chaos sometimes)

Small dogs please remove their harness and collars and hang them in out foyer to pick up when you get your furbaby.

Big dogs that you can't hand to us, lol, please use provided leashes. Don't just unsnap them as they may distract dogs the groomers have on the table when they go to say hello or other dogs in kennels.

Flea collars, I know these are expensive and they seem to be the most forgotten. Normally cause they are old and need changed anyways so we ALWAYS toss them. So if you just put one on your pet take it off AT HOME the morning of their appointment please.

When the squeaky clean JUST BATHED dog p**ps in the drying kennel!!!

This happens way more often than folks think. Please Please Please walk your dog before your appointment. We even have p**p bags and a trash can for you!! Forgot your leash? We got ya covered, just ask!!

Bathing and drying 2x is no fun when they are covered in fresh p**p. Our cage grates also get p**p in every crack they got when they walk it all over the cage.
