A reminder to our clients:

We currently have a few beloved pets that have been in our care for many months, some for over a year, awaiting final payment and pickup.

We understand that difficult circumstances can arise, and we have made every effort to be patient and accommodating. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to contact families and arrange payment, these pets remain with us.

These companions deserve to be reunited with their families. If you have an outstanding balance or your pet’s ashes are still awaiting pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide compassionate care to every family and pet entrusted to us. ❤️

As a small family-run business, we juggle full time jobs, appointments, family responsibilities, and our child’s games and activities while still making every effort to answer calls and help as quickly as possible. 🐾❤️

There may be times when unexpected situations cause a delay, and we may not be able to arrive immediately, but please know we are always doing our very best to be there as soon as we can. Every family and every pet matters deeply to us, and we are committed to providing compassionate and respectful care during such difficult moments.

I currently still have their pets and have not received payment. Larry and Jeanine have blocked me, so I have no way to reach them directly. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
