📢 Important Appointment Policy Updates 📢
Effective immediately, we will be implementing a few new appointment policies.
1. There will be a $50 missed appointment fee for all appointments that are not cancelled within a 24-hour window. In addition, to schedule the next appointment we will require a $50 deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling efforts made at least 24 hours in advance will not be subject to this fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
2. We will also be implementing a $50 deposit for all new client initial appointments, due at the time of scheduling, which counts toward the cost of the visit.
3. A $50 deposit will be required to schedule surgical appointments, due at the time of scheduling, which also counts toward the cost of the surgery.
These policies are being introduced to reduce missed appointment occurrences and ensure we can serve as many patients as possible in a fair and efficient manner. ⚖
