The Need for Affordable Grooming has been Met ... Beautifully ... Fabulously ...

Due to major changes in the grooming world in Brownsville prices went up and people were not happy. After months of hearing about this from my friends and family it finally hit me, open a shop and bring back affordable grooming - grooming that is accessible and affordable for all. Anyone who knows me, Wally Cisneros ( Client Advocate for Acclaim Health Services - defending and protecting the aged and disabled / Realtor with Keller Williams LRGV - Protecting and Serving Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate and helping investors obtain their goals ) knows that my Ethics and Values are at the forefront of Everything I do. They also know that I am PASSIONATE about dogs and their care and that besides the English Bulldog my favorite breed is Rescue. I am eccentric in my care of my pups which has translated to my shop Top Dog Grooming.

Top Dog has the best equipment we could get our paws on - the list goes something like this Stainless Steel Walk in tubs, Stainless Steel Drying tables, No Heat Kennel air dryers, LED lighting in the grooming room, Special Music piped into the lobby and kennel room to calm/soothe, and Non Toxic Scentsy aromatherapy for their sensitive noses to further calm them while in our care. The staff MUST BE PASSIONATE about pups, if for any reason (personal or otherwise) they are upset and or frustrated they are to leave the building and get fresh air and calm down. Why do you ask ? Because pups only feel, if they feel someone is frustrated they think they are the cause and or may feel in danger - our staff is Loving and Caring towards our clients and you see it when they leave happy and content. Your Precious pup will let you know what they think. Many of our clients walk in happily to get pampered at our facility.

Want to know how proud we are of our facility and services ? Well just ask for a tour of the back of the house to see where the magic happens. We have nothing to hide, on the contrary be prepared to see artwork throughout the facility, and be given a detailed account of our equipment and how we serve the canine community. We don’t mean to brag but we do want you to know where and how your babies are being taken care of. Speaking of which we offer boarding and daycare services, we have a 30x30 fenced area in the back so they can stretch their legs by themselves or their pack - never combined with other dogs as we do not know their temperment and would not put them in harm's way. When we have boarders someone always stays the night with them and we have video surveillance in all rooms and entrances, as well as a state of the art alarm system.

We only do walk ins - we do not do appointments for various reasons. If you have a special needs dog or a time constraint please advise us at the initial conversation, we can accomodate with advance notice. We have several clients that travel from various parts of The Valley, yes we have become that popular, so please advise so that we can see what we can do to expedite your pup. We have two packages - Grooming and Bathing - the difference between the two is that Grooming includes a hair cut of choice.
