Another stellar week for Team NSEC in the show ring! 🐴✨ From hunter derbies to jumper classics and equitation championships, our riders and horses wrapped up the week strong. Highlights include:

🏆 Brooke piloted Wiseman to multiple wins and Champion in the Young Hunter 7 & Under division, along with a beautiful round in the USHJA National Hunter Derby

🌟 Elena Buchsbaum returned to the show ring with Leonardo, earning a win and top ribbons in the Low Adult Hunters, including 2nd in the Classic and 4th in the Bit O’ Straw Hunter Derby

🎯 Erin Brody and Salvatore — 6th overall in the HITS Adult Equitation Championship

🥉 Dana McWilliams and Extreme — 3rd in the Itty Bitty Jr/Am Jumper Classic

💥 Antonia Collins and Thomascourt Caprice — 7th in the 1.10m Amateur Jumpers and 8th in the 1.15m Jr/Am Jumper Classic

🏅 Lizette Kelly and KT Clapton — took 4th the .80m Jr/Am Jumper Classic

🎽 Mackenzie Ashe and Jantar M — clean rounds and 8th in the .90m Jumpers

🥈 Ava Delisle and King S VD Kantweg — 2nd and 4th in the 1.0m Amateur Jumpers

🎉 Lauren Powers and Con de Luxe — 6th place in the 1.10m Amateur Jumpers

Huge congratulations to all our riders and horses — and endless thanks to the trainers, families, and grooms who make it all possible. On to Week 8!

Wrapping up an amazing two weeks at HITS Hudson Valley! 🐴☀️ Week VI brought the full summer experience — extreme heat, a major rainstorm, and finally some perfect weekend weather. Now we’re back home giving our horses some well-deserved rest (and plenty of carrots) after two incredible weeks of showing. Highlights from Week VI include:

🏆 Brooke Chasin and Wiseman - Champion in the Young Hunter 6 & Under

🌟 Brooke also rode No Limits to lovely rounds and ribbons in the Green Hunter 3’ division

🎉 Sam and Salado - back in action with great ribbons in the hunters, including a 2nd in a very large class

🏅 Suzanne and Color Me Honey - winner of a Low Adult Hunter over fences class and 6th in the Classic

🎯 Sunday Jumper Classic ribbons for Toni and Thomascourt Caprice, Haley and Donatello One, and Lizette and KT Clapton

🥉 Erin Brody and Salvatore - 3rd in the Ariat Adult Medal and a great round in the USHJA National Amateur Hunter Derby, plus solid ribbons with Mighty Joe Z in the 3’6” AO Hunters

🥈 Ava and King S VD Kantweg — 2nd place in each of their 1.0m Amateur Jumper classes

🙌 Kelsey and Candito - back in the ring after 4 years away from showing, and looking like they never missed a beat

🎉We were happy to have Nicole Golia join us for the week! She put in great rounds in the 3’3 A/O’s and also placed 4th in the USHJA Amateur National Hunter Derby!

💪 Great jumper rounds all week from Lauren and Con de Luxe, Mackenzie and Jantar M, and Jen on Monaco

So proud of Team NSEC for powering through the heat, rain, and tough competition with grit and grace. Thank you to our riders, grooms, support crew, and horses - now it’s time to rest up and gear up for the next one! ❤️💙

Team NSEC had a fantastic week at HITS Hudson Valley Week V! 🐴💪 We’re so proud of our horses, riders, and the incredible support crew who helped make it all happen. Highlights from the week include:

🏅 Suzanne Paolucci and Color Me Honey — 1st place in the Low Adult Hunter Classic
🎉 Dana McWilliams and Extreme, and Haley Webster with Donatello One — strong debut in the Itty Bitty Jumpers, with Dana and Extreme winning the Sunday Classic
🏆 Ava Delisle and King S VD Kantweg — winner of the .90m Amateur Jumper class, with consistent rounds all week
🥈 Sabrina Chiu and Canturamo — 2nd in the Low Adult Hunters
🥈 Lizette Kelly and KT Clapton — 2nd in the Amateur .80m Jumpers
🌟 Erin Brody and Salvatore — winner of the Adult Equitation Over Fences, plus smooth, successful rounds as Mighty Joe Z stepped up to the A-O Hunters
💫 Brooke Chasin piloted No Limits and Salado in the Green 3’ Hunters, and WiseMan in the Young Hunter 6 & Under — beautiful rounds and great ribbons across the board

Congratulations to our riders who braved the wind and cold at Princeton Spring 1! Brooke and Quaidiro were reserve champion in the 2’6 USHJA out of a large group. Bear and jen put in good rounds to earn ribbons in the 0.90 and the 1.0. Megan and ivory killed it with a pair of 4ths in the 0.90 amateur. Mackenzie and Lexey put in good clean round in the 1.10! Congratulations to all and looking forward to our 2025 show season!

Congratulations to our team on a great couple of weeks at Old Salem Farm! We are especially proud of our crew that had a handful of “firsts” this week! Holly Carr & Cosmopolitan and Issy Greenbaum & Casa de Revel were great in their first shows together!! It was also Von’s first show ever. So happy for all of our horses, ponies and riders!! 🌟
