🐾 Zeus stopped by yesterday for a refresher session and to say hello! ❤️

Zeus completed our 4-week Board & Train program quite a while ago, and one thing we offer all of our Board & Train clients is several complimentary refresher sessions when and if they’re needed. 🐶

We’re happy to report that Zeus didn’t need much of a reminder at all! 👏 He was excellent today, and his owner Diana shared an amazing update on how well he’s been doing at home. Hearing success stories like this is what it’s all about! 🙌

Great job, Zeus! We’re proud of all the hard work you and your family have put in. Keep it up, buddy! 🦴🐾

***A little reminder: training doesn’t end when a dog goes home—it’s a lifelong journey, and we’re always here to help along the way. 😊

🐾 What a great start to our Canine Good Citizen (CGC) classes this past Saturday!

We were so impressed with the effort, enthusiasm, and teamwork shown by every handler and dog. 🐕👏

Training is a journey, and we’re excited to watch these teams grow in confidence, strengthen their bonds, and work toward their CGC goals. ⭐

The Reuben Diaries rocked it today! The sky is the limit for this guy. Trick dog title here we come!

🐾 Big news! Today I, Reuben, officially earned my CGC Urban title! 🎉

I climbed up & down stairs like I’d been doing it my whole life (I have been), explored a building full of tricky surfaces, held a rock-solid 3-minute down/stay (I don't mind, it's an opportunity to people-watch), and walked right through a busy sidewalk full of distractions. So. Many. Tiny. Squirrels. But! I stayed focused like a true professional.

Tiny humans approached me to give ear scratches, and I got double points for ignoring their hands full of peanuts. Self-control level: legend.

I feel very accomplished today, showing the world that I am a SUPER POLITE CITY DOG… and also I am very ready for a nap.

There is so much to take away from a single picture like this. 📸

A child and a dog. 💕 One learning confidence, patience, responsibility, and kindness. The other learning trust, communication, and how to navigate the world alongside their human.

Dog training is never just about teaching a dog to sit, stay, or come when called. It’s about building relationships. It’s about creating a bond where both the dog and the handler learn to understand each other.

Some of the most rewarding moments we see aren’t the perfect commands—they’re the smiles, the connection, and the confidence that grows on both ends of the leash. This priceless picture says it all!

🐾 Our Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Group Class is officially underway! 🐾

What an incredible turnout for our AKC Canine Good Citizen class! We intentionally brought everyone together for this first session so we could evaluate each dog and handler team individually at one time. The enthusiasm, dedication, and progress we saw were outstanding!

Based on those evaluations, the group has now been divided into three smaller classes that will continue working toward earning their CGC certification. We are excited to help each team build the skills and confidence needed to achieve this important milestone.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made our first CGC class such a success. We can’t wait to see what these teams accomplish next.

Nova has officially completed her 2-Week Basic Obedience & Leash Training Program at Total K9 Concepts!

Over the last two weeks, she worked hard on her obedience skills and leash manners, making great progress along the way. We’re proud of all her hard work and excited to see her continue to shine at home.
