Hooch's Pooches Pet Services & Events Our Services With over 15 years of pet experience, we are dedicated to providing not only great customer service to your pooch but also to YOU!

We are here to help train and educate both of you. While we do provide basic services, we are more determined to educate owners within our community on how to train their pets. Hooch's Pooches offers the following educational services:

Puppy & Family Socialization - a series of home visits where we show the entire family how to train their new pup. Includes basics about housebreaking, feeding sch

edules, walking schedules, grooming, etc. Newborn Socialization - in-home training on how to ensure your newborn’s safety with a pet in your home and how to train your canine to coexist with your new baby

Puppy Proofing Workshops - group sessions dedicated to teaching new pet owners how to puppy proof their homes from accidents and household chemical and natural hazards for canines. Housebreaking Workshops - crate training and cage free workshops on teaching your pet where to do his/her “business”

Group Basic Training Classes - group classes dedicated to teaching pets the basics of “sit”, “stay”, “no”, “down” and “watch”. Canine Nutrition 101 - learn canine basic needs and how to make homemade treats

We also offer the following services:

Dog Walking - Group & Individual

Dog Boarding - In-Home & Out-Home

Pet Chaperone - Veterinary Visits, Grooming Appointments, Airport Pickup & Drop Off

Dog Weight Training

Dog Running

Don’t need our services? Attend one of our FREE dog events! On a monthly basis, weather permitting, we host 2 canine events. One for Brooklyn and one in Manhattan. Call or email for details!

Not doing anything Saturday Sept. 28th How About Visiting Jacob Javits Convention Center to Join AKC Meet The Breeds. Come face to face with some of the worlds rarest breeds of Cats and Dogs; From dreadlock-covered Komondor dogs to hairless Sphynx Cats, see & play with hundreds of dogs & cats & learn about some of the rarest breeds most have only read about.
The event starts at 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
