Already regretting brand new wedding dress!
The first photo is the wedding dress I just bought. I got it off the rack and the price was decent but it is completely different than I envisioned what I wanted. The second pic was my runner up dress. For background, I am getting married at a historic manor and wanted a Victorian esque venue and what I envisioned was an all lace basque ballgown dress. The only thing I didn’t like about the second dress is that the boning is extremely visible. Is it normal to regret my dress as soon as you buy it? I was excited at first but now that I’m looking at photos I don’t find it very flattering and I usually don’t like tulle skirts. Am I overthinking? I am very stressed about my decision.

Which dress? Formal wedding in California, early October

My little brother's wedding is next week. They are getting married at a vineyard in California (ceremony outside, reception inside), so probably mid- to upper-70's at the start, cooling down throughout the night. Dress code is formal.

I am a total tomboy and loathe dressing up, so this is not my jam lol. Also have always had some body dysmorphia, so I tend to be overly harsh on myself on how I look in fitted clothes.

With all of these, I'm hoping to find a tailor nearby who can shorten the hem. If not, I have adept enough sewing skills to do it myself.

Ok so not a wedding but a gala, but I need help!
I’m going to a “black tie admired not required 🙄” event this weekend. My husband is wearing a tux RTR did not have the dress I reserved. I assume someone gave birth in it last weekend. These are the choices that RTR had and also the dress I wore to my sister’s wedding. There is no way I can get something else in time so which is least bad. I’m 28 weeks pregnant with twins so hopefully everyone will cut me some slack lol.
