The MN board of animal health has approved use a limited number of the domestic vaccine from Medgene in SD! A vaccination drive through event will be held in Minneapolis on Oct 30th & 31st. If you can make it, sign up and reserve a spot for you and your bunnies here!!
Please note this vaccine requires two doses so you should be able to make it to BOTH appointments, the second one being on November 20th & 21st at the same spot and same time.

RHDV2 has made its way to Minnesota. Some of you may remember me warning you about it a year or two back, well it is here! If you are within the state of Minnesota, now is the time to call your vet and ask about if and when they will be offering the vaccine now that a case within the state is confirmed.
I will be calling around today and posting the vet clinics I find that will be offering it.
In the meantime, practice strict biosecurity measures! No bunnies outdoors, shoes kept in a separate space and wash your hands and change clothes before handling your rabbit when you come home. This virus is extremely contagious and extremely deadly, it is not something to underestimate.

I regret to inform that due to health issues, PlushHeart Rabbitry will be taking a break from all projects until further notice. We hope to return by 2022 so this page will remain up and semi active until then. If you are still interested in a mini plush lop from us we do have one last litter that will be ready to go home Easter Sunday! We also have multiple adults aged 3 to 4 years old that are retiring and will be up for adoption for a small fee. Please be patient as communication may be slow during this time.
We hope that we can continue to work with the Mini Plush Lop breed in the future.

I apologize to those who have sent the page messages in the past week or two and are slow getting responses! page Messenger has been having a lot of issues as of late and working around them while waiting for facebook to fix them has been a process. Some individuals are appearing like deleted accounts and other's messages simply aren't being displayed despite getting a notification through facebook. I am working to respond to all who have sent messages and hope this problem will be resolved quickly!

The list has reached a pause in progress for the time being. Many of the older babies have been chosen now and so I will be taking photos of all the younger babies tomorrow afternoon and moving the list along to the last few people by tomorrow evening! This is so the people picking out bunnies from here on out have more options to pick from and more information about the litters and babies left! :) don't worry, all of these babies will be ready to leave before Christmas Eve!
