If you've purchased a REX cologne and the sprayer isn't working properly, please read this and reach out!

A quick note from Rachel + Bridget regarding our REX Pup Cologne/Perfumes... 📢

​At REX Pet Effects, we pride ourselves on giving you and your pups the absolute best-from our clean ingredients to the bottles they come in.

Lately, a few of you have mentioned that your spray bottles have been leaking, sticking, or refusing to spray.
We investigated immediately and found the culprit: the supplier accidentally shipped general-use sprayers instead of cosmetic-grade sprayers!

​The good news? The correct, cosmetic sprayers are officially on the way to us right now! ✈️

​How we're making it right:
If you purchased a bottle with a stubborn or leaky cap, we've got you covered! Send us a message, email, or bring it by either salon, and we will get you a new sprayer to swap out (on us!) as soon as they arrive.
In the meantime, our colognes will be currently unavailable until the sprayers can be replaced!

​We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Two years ago today, on June 4th, Lotus Pet Spa officially opened its doors. What a wild, beautiful ride it has been.
When I started this salon, I had three main missions: to provide one-on-one care to lessen stress, to prioritize safety above all else, and to use clean, limited ingredient products that keep your dog at their best. I can confidently say that we have been successful. Not successful in the way that numbers show, but successful in the way we have loved your dogs and do our best to grow a real bond with them.

To my groomers, Alex + Ashley— I am beyond proud to have you both on this journey with me. Not only are you so talented in your skill, but you truly love what you do and the dogs you care for. I am grateful for all your hard work and the way you care for the salon just as much as I do. You are both incredible assets to our small team and I can't wait to watch us continue to grow.
To our incredible clients—thank you for trusting us with your best friends and turning our dream into reality. None of this would be possible without you. Your kindness and generosity does not go unnoticed. Thank you for your continued support and allowing us to love your dogs as our own.
To the dogs who brighten our days—thank you for being the absolute best part of this job. Your love, goofiness, and different personalities make our days so much better.

Our community is a family, and right now, one of our own family members needs us. ❤️🐾

One of our sweet salon regulars, Maeve, has been diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening condition called chylothorax and needs a very expensive surgery. The family is facing a tough road, and the vet bills are piling up quickly. We want to do everything we can to help with the financial burden so they can focus on Maeve's care.
