Privacy Policy
This business requires the client (you) to fill out a form about your pet(s). All information in that form or sent to the business via email, phone number (calls and texts), in writing (pen and paper) or in-person will be kept private and between client and business owner. By filling out the Google Form, you have acknowledged this policy.
●Google Form: Any and all information given in google form will be kept private and information (including files shared via uploaded on Google Forms, sent via text or email) will only be discussed privately between the client (you), third party (family), and myself.
●Third party has to be approved by the client and told to me ahead of time or on that day before discussing the services for privacy reasons.
●Pictures: Any pictures of your pet taken by me (if allowed) can be either posted on my FaceBook page (Lila’s Pet Service and More) or kept private. Approval is included in the Google Form. This can be changed at any time by the client and will be respected.
●Drop-In: Any service needed for cats or dogs is all I’m doing and not staying overnight for this service.
●Dog Walking: Your pet is safe in my hands. They will be kept a good distance away from other pets/animals unless specified otherwise by the client. If there is a specific way you would like me to go, please state it before the service starts either in the Google Form or when I arrive.
Business Policy
Lila’s Pet Services and More is dedicated to giving the best pet care for your pets. Any and all bookings can be denied at any time due to the pets' behavior or if vaccination records for your pet are not provided due to the risk of bringing animal viruses or diseases that can be spread around via human contact or biting. Both viruses and diseases can range from non-human contraction (can affect my health like rabies) and/or can be spread to other animals (cats, dogs, horses, other clients' animals, etc.)
●Drop-In: Any service needed for cats or dogs is all I’m doing and not staying overnight for this service. This price is also adjusted for however many pets you have.
●Dog Walking: If there is a specific way you would like me to go, please state it before the service starts either in the Google Form or when I arrive.
●Cat Care: This service provides litter cleaning (either exchanging the whole litter or just scooping it out), brushing your cat, and/or feeding them (cat food and exchanging water in the bowl).
●Weather: If the weather is bad (Ex. thunder/lightning, pouring rain, ect.) I will be closed for the day. If there is a booking on that day of unexpected bad weather, it can always be discussed to be rescheduled or refunded. (Not sure how refunds will be handled through Facebook if it takes payment through that.)
●Cameras inYour Home: Please state if you have any cameras in your home. This Makes me aware that you can be looking at the feed at any given time of the day or service.
●Damages: I am very respectful of your property. So I wont be doing any damage. If any damages do occur, I can take $10 off your next visit after investigating the damage. (This is to make sure the damage was done by me.)
●Payment and Tips: Payment is due on arrival (cash or card via Square app) or through Paypal upon booking. Tips are appreciated but optional.
●Refusal of Service: I have the right to refuse any service for any reason (no vaccination records for your pets and any other reason).
