Attention east Texas! Who are our artisans?

I am trying to identify the artists, crafters, artisans, creatives and the like in our local community.

If you know a potter, woodworker, welder, crafter, craftsperson, artist, blacksmith, jeweler, herbalist, quilter, embroiderer, leather worker, knife maker, soap maker, candle maker, painter.... You get the idea.

Those people who make with their hands and sell their items...

Picked up some pie pumpkins on sale. The kids are helping me make pumpkin puree for pies. The littles are separating seeds so we can plant more and roast what's left!

Opps... I hid the focaccia bread so well I forgot to serve it!

Made a strata today, although it's not really layered... It's a breakfast casserole.

Bacon, focaccia cubed, eggs, sour cream and half and half... A handful of cheese and some sauteed onions and garlic. I baked it to golden brown.

So yummy... So perfect. Crispy bits, eggs bits, cheesy bits.... Oh and the and explosions of bacon in there.

Made enough for a couple breakfasts for Ralph and Caty. Also made more breakfast burritos for them.

Finished more focaccia up after supper last night. A small rosemary, a small garlic and a large plain. They have remained hidden from the bread thieves that live here and I may have them to serve for supper tonight.

Well almost. Caty ate the corner off the rosemary loaf after she photographed these for me.

What canned or put up items I used this week:

2 quart croutons for salads (I store them in quart jars, they are not canned)
2 quart apple pie filling for dessert
5 pint chicken broth
1 pt salsa
1 1/2 pint strawberry jam
1 qt of chicken for a casserole
1 pt chicken broth in casserole
1 pt of quartered tomatoes
1 pt applesauce
1 qt of beef pot pie base
3 1/2 pint of mushrooms
4 quarts diced tomatoes

What I canned and put up this week:
7 quarts of chicken
