1. Always provide ample shade and fresh water. 💦
2. Know the signs of a heatstroke. Symptoms are exaggerated panting, rapid heartbeat, high fever, vomiting, staring, anxious expression and warm, dry skin. 🥵
3. NEVER keep your pet in the car, even if it's a short errand! 🚗
4. Protect their paws! Try touching the ground you are planning to have your dog walk on – if it is painful or uncomfortable for you, go somewhere else or try booties 🐾
5. Keep them groomed. Contact Angela Bumgarner for appointment!
