Ali has always had a deep passion for dogs, growing up showing and training them. She first came to us as a dedicated pet parent, bringing her own pup to PLAYtrain® for years. It wasn’t long before Ali realized she wanted to become part of our JM family—and we couldn't be happier that she did!

Ali takes great pride in advancing through the levels and mastering every position within our PLAYtrain® Daycare Department. She continually refines her exceptional handling skills and eagerly expands her canine knowledge. Ali has a natural talent and approaches each dog with patience, kindness, and expert care, helping dogs grow in confidence and become the best versions of themselves.

Her positive energy is contagious, and her love for dogs shines brightly in everything she does. Ali truly pours her heart into her work, making a lasting impact on both pets and their parents.

Earlier this week, we lost a very special member of our JM family—Mario, our beloved Guinea Pig and longtime resident of the JM Veterinary Clinic. 🐹💛

For the past 4 years, Mario brought smiles to countless faces, greeting clients with his gentle presence and winning hearts with his charming piggy personality!

Mario passed unexpectedly, and while we are heartbroken, we are also so grateful for the time we had with him.

He lived a life full of love, snuggles, and daily pampering thanks to his devoted caretaker, our Hospital Manager Cat, and his two “sisters,” Marion, and Harriet, who will carry on his legacy of cuteness.

Thank you, Mario, you'll always be a part of the JM family!💛
