Our Story

At Springer's safety and knowledge come first. Instructor Debbie Sams is the only certified horseback riding instructor teaching in Fulton or Montgomery counties. Debbie has been teaching horseback riding since 1979. She is continually perfecting her teaching methods by doing continuing education and learning what works best with students.

Instructor, Debbie Sams is the author of 101 Drill Team Exercises. Each year our students put on an Exhibition on the third Friday in August. These exhibitions include drill team rides to music, costumed riders and dramas on horseback.

We teach a variety of seats with dressage as the basis for them all. Our students are exposed to vaulting, drill team dressage, western, obstacle courses and hunt seat.

“My favorite thing about teaching horseback riding is when the student has the lightbulb moment where they get it and are riding in beautiful harmony with the horse.” - Debbie Sams
