We are based out of Fort Hood Texas where we got our start on Mike's many trips out to the field in the Army, where he woul

d bring his beef jerky to share with his fellow soldiers .While Mike is still active duty, we now set up shop at the local farmers markets on weekends, sharing our delicious jerky with the residents of Fort Hood and Killeen. Our motto is simple, All Natural. All American. We believe in making the best beef jerky out of the finest ingredients without all the added garbage you will find in chain store brands. As Mike likes to say, "The army didn't train him to pronounce big words with 5 syllables." Due to this we have a little bit higher ship time as our round roast jerky is dehydrated to order after marinading at least 24 hours to insure the best flavor and consistency. We also try to overnight ship after vacuum sealing your order to ensure it arrives in a timely and safe fashion. We are proud to say our Jerky has made it to deployed units in both Iraq & Afghanistan! We love feedback and ideas for new flavors.
