Good rainy/snowy day to start getting equipment set for the 2026 season ahead! We will have availability to serve new customers for the upcoming 2026 season with small square hay and round bales, as well as square bales of straw. Have multiple mixes of grass or grass/alfalfa blends available, all bales made are horse quality and fed to our own barn. *Hay Test done when needed.

No better way to wrap up 2025 than with the niece and nephew’s here for a few days! They enjoy their farm time, and of course rivers edge pizza dinners.

Exciting News!!!!!!

We are in the process of converting one of our turnouts into an outdoor grass arena (80’ x 180’).

We currently have availability for stall board and a very rare opportunity for pasture board for one mare (will be picky on finding the right fit).

10 stall, private facility in a quiet location. Britton, MI (only 10 mins outside of Dundee or Tecumseh). Owner lives on-site. 60’x100’ indoor arena, farm lane to trail ride. 12’x12’ fully matted stalls, with individual fans, daily turnout in small groups of 2 (weather permitting) with heated troughs in the winter, personally grown hay & grain (Tribute) fed 2x daily, Supplements fed daily (provided by boarders). Stalls cleaned daily. Outside trainers welcome with proof of insurance.

$550/month stall, full care.

Boarders are welcome to use their own service providers, but barn has regularly scheduled farrier, dentist, chiro/magnawave providers and uses Countryside Veterinary Service which also provides emrgency services (The Veterinary Standard is available as well).

We have a family getting out of horses so we will have 2 stalls available May 1st.

Well, let the next 48 hours of fun begin! All the horses are tucked away inside with extra hay and water! As much as we needed this cold weather for the ground and bugs, I’m ready for spring already!
