Whenever I take Winston to the vet, I'm always amazed by their knowledge, compassion and expertise. It also frustrates me because they have to know the entire body of multiple species and yet, get paid less than a human doctor who specializes in one body part of the human. Us humans who go to the doctor are often sent to another, then another, and another and it takes 5 years to figure out what's wrong with you and at that point, you lost quality of life and there's no going back. The craziest part is, animals can't verbally tell us what's wrong and somehow, the vets are always on it. You tell a doctor what's wrong with you and they brush you off and tell you to work out. Apparently that's the solution to everything. Fortunately, I have a good doctor.
Kudos to all the wonderful vets and vet techs out there. We appreciate everything you do and often wish you were human doctors lol.
