We got some new friends... Forever Furry Friends that is! We met Debbie & learned about her rescue at the Clear the Shelters event earlier this month. She donated many wonderful supplies that we have already put to use. There's a time and a season for everything and right now her role is to be a caregiver for a family member. So she's hanging up her rescue hat...for now. You know one day when things settle, Cat Mafia will suck her back in.

But for now it's focus on family and F³ needed some help placing this very last foster. This beautiful blue is Sugars and from what I hear she will give you all the sugars! We are so excited that Sugars new last name is Resque but we really can't wait to find the person with her furrever last name. I am on a mission ya'll. Find Sugars family in 30 days or less. Clearly they are just flying off the cat shelves at Boops & Beans Cat Cafe! I think it's probably because the Cafe has such great cats! While 50 is a great milestone I know our friends at B&B won't ever rest until all the cats have homes. And sadly if you live in E TN you know there's a never ending pipeline of cats & kittens in every corner of every county. So if you can adopt, find your perfect whiskered friend today. And if you can't, make a reservation to see the kitties and support the Cafe.

Adoption Number 50 is Seraphina!!! We knew she wouldn’t last long. And she is getting the purrfect family. We are anxious for pics of her in her new furever home. Happy life, sweet girl!😻

🖤A DIFFERENT KIND OF ADOPTION STORY🐈‍⬛️

Ava Rose's story was more like babysitting vs. a kitten coming into foster. Ava Rose was born to a community cat and was the only in her litter to survive. Her advocate Angelia helped her into rescue and mama was spayed. But that's not all. Angelia also sponsored all of her vet care. She is good friends with our foster, Terri that cares for Ava Rose and at every visit Angelia got to know her a little better. And in not too many more days Angelia applied to adopt. She has waited patiently for Ava Rose, now Suki to be big enough for spay and finalize the adoption. Well that day came and she joined her new family. So thankful that Angelia decided to rescue her not once but twice! Thank you for letting us babysit her for a few months!

Gah!!! Sweet Janice is such a stunner. And it's twice as nice because she is basically a twin to her sister Lucy. Can't wait to meet the family that will choose them one day. In the meantime, YOU should go visit these girls at Boops & Beans Cat Cafe!

😍 THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PAIR! 😻

In just two days at Boops & Beans Cat Cafe, someone fell in love with Shiloh! Shiloh moved to the Cafe on Monday, Emily met her on Wednesday, gave Shiloh her heart, and applied.

And today is Gotcha Day! Emily arrived at Cafe opening to pick Shiloh up for her happily beginning after. Shiloh is getting an orange brother named Fig and yes, a new name too! Her new mama picked Kiwi because of her eyes. See Ya Later Kiwi! We know you will have the best of everything!

😻 SHE IS THE FIRST! 🐾

Mandazi of the How Sweet It Is Litter is the first of this little quartet to find her people! She left last night to join her new catto sibling Midnight. The move was a lot but Midnight is showing her the ropes. We are so happy she is home and are grateful to Vicky for saying yes to furrever with her!

🍫 THIS WAS NOT A FOSTER FAIL 🍬

Kifli of the How Sweet It Is Litter found his forever and he doesn't even have to move to a new home!!! So how is it that it’s NOT a foster fail you may be wondering. Foster mom Amanda didn't fail, her "son" Dude picked Kifli as his kitten.

Dude is Kifli's BrotherCousin as he came from the same small colony as Kifli. Dude has enjoyed all the kittens but he has a very special connection with Kifli AKA Little Dude. Amanda knew without a shadow of a doubt separating them would deeply impact them both, especially so since little Kifli is such a sensitive kitten. So we are happy to announce that Dude and Little will be together for all the rest of their days!
