I have had dogs for over 50 years. Usually 2 or 3 at a time. Once I started adopting “seniors” , unfortunately I did not have them very long.”

ID tags, rabies tags, licenses, rescue tags, chip tags, just cute tags. 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺

Did you know that Donna, Plainville CT’s wonderful and dedicated Animal Control Officer, has a food pantry for pets?

A pet food pantry is a great way to help pet owners who struggle financially to feed their dogs. This idea prevents pets from being surrendered due to the inability to feed them.

Donna collects unopened dog food, essential pet supplies (toys, leashes, harnesses) and organizes regular distribution events and fundraisers.
**Please make sure all food bags are sealed and unopened to prevent wildlife access.**
