I’m thankful for adopters who drive sometimes over an hour to adopt from my rescue. Adoptions are necessary so that I can take in new crabs each fall and winter.

The fall is always the season when owners decide they no longer wish to care for their hermit crabs. The poor things come into the rescues dehydrated, stressed and sick.
In the hands of a knowledgeable hermit crab rehabber these creatures have chance at survival.
Here are the 2024 arrivals. They will stay with me for at least a year, usually two, until they are healthy and accomplished at least one molt.
