Chuck Norris's Lone Wolf Ranch dog food that I spoke about in my previous post. It seems to be one of the best dog foods out there in my opinion. It is very expensive though. He suggests if you can't afford to feed just that, that you add it to your Dog's kibble like I also suggested in my previous post.

Many of you probably know by now that our food system is being poisoned by many additives. It is all coming to light and will be more exposed in the next coming years. What people are not talking about is the poison in our dog's food.

Dog food, kibble is dead food. What I mean by that is, it's overly cooked and processed so that all the nutrients are taken out of the food and then they have to add synthetic vitamins back into it to make it good for our dogs. Our bodies and dogs bodies are unable to process synthetic things. It has to come from real food.

The only well known person I see talking about it is Chuck Norris who has made his own dog food. I have researched his dog food. It is very expensive as it should be because has it is all natural ingredients, not cooked but dried, which is great for our dogs. But unfortunately since I have eight dogs it is not feasible for me to use it. There are things that we can do at home to supplement our dogs food. These are the things that I add to kibble:

1. Raw organic meat (importantly organ, has to be raw)
2. Raw fruits and vegetables (has to be raw)
3. Organic Greek yogurt (prebiotics)
4. Organic meat broth and fat drippings.
5. Raw eggs, salmon or trout ( High vitamin d)
6. Alfalfa and grass.

I rotate days and add a little bit of each things above to my dog's kibble. My dogs don't like raw vegetables so I mix it in with a broth or fat and they gobble it up. I do not cook the fruit or vegetables or meat because when you cook it, it takes out the good enzymes that helps good gut bacteria. It is becoming well-known now that when we only eat cooked foods and don't eat any raw foods (us not eating raw meat) we deprive our bodies with good gut enzymes and bacteria's to help us digest and also help us with other body functions..

I believe this is why us, our dogs and cats getting so sick. Dogs should not be dying so young. They used to live longer lives. We need to try to feed our dogs and ourselves better.

Also, please research the brand of dog food you are feeding because most dog foods get poor reviews.

I posted Chuck Norris's pet food in the next post if you're interested in that for easy administration.

Our Story

Welcome to our ranch. We are located in a farming valley at the base of the picturesque Beartooth Mountains, in the great state of Montana. Montana is a great place to live for us and our animals, with it’s fresh air and lush grasses. For over 20 years, we have proudly owned and raised registered ASCA/AKC Australian Shepherds. The Australian Shepherd's origin lies in the ranches of the great American West, where this versatile and intelligent breed has been valued for decades by cowboys, ranchers and stock men. While Aussies continue to work as stock dogs and compete in herding trials, the breed has earned recognition in other roles because of their train ability and eagerness to please. Australian Shepherds are successful Search and Rescue dogs, disaster dogs, detection dogs, guide, service and therapy dogs. They are highly regarded for their skills in obedience, agility and fly ball. And, most of all, they are beloved family companions.

We strive to keep these traits alive in this wonderful bred the Australian Shepherd. We provide a genetic guarantee for our puppies. We back that guarantee by testing all of our breeding dogs with OFA (Orthopedic foundation for Animals), certified Excellent or Good, cleared of CEA, DM, PRA, MDR1, HSF4.
