Dear Doggie Zen Den Family, ❤️

Due to a death in our family, Doggie Zen Den will be temporarily closed while we take time to grieve and be with Maria’s brother in Florida.

At this time, we will not be accepting bookings for the months of June and July.

We are deeply grateful for your kindness, patience, support, and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. Your love means more to us than words can express.

Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this profound loss. We look forward to reconnecting with you and your dogs soon.

🐾June Availability Update

Many of you know our family is currently going through a difficult season as we support a loved one during this family crisis. Maria will be traveling to Florida to support her brother during this time, while Mike remains home to continue caring for our previously scheduled dogs and wedding commitments.

Because of this, we are unable to accept additional boarding, daycare, drop-in, or walking clients for the month of June beyond what is already booked.

We are incredibly grateful for your kindness, patience, prayers, and understanding during this time. Thank you for always supporting our small family business and trusting us with your fur babies. 🤍

How could I not LOVE what we do with faces like these ❤️❤️❤️

Roxy and Blu seriously love the camera and we are completely obsessed with them 🥹🐾

Some days I just stop and think about how lucky we are to spend our days loving on these sweet dogs. Their personalities, their happy faces, their excitement, their cuddles. It truly fills our hearts.

These two definitely understood the assignment for picture day 📸✨

Another beautiful afternoon with Scruffy 🐾💗

Scruffy was waiting in the window and met us at the door the moment we arrived.

Lunch was eaten quickly… because clearly there were more important things to do. 😄

Straight to the door he went, ready for his walk and hoping to see a familiar face along the way.

And sure enough…
his favorite girl was outside waiting.

The two shared a few treats, spent a little time together, and enjoyed their usual visit before continuing on with the afternoon adventure. 🐾

Today’s walk took a slightly different turn with a new route through the neighborhood, giving Scruffy a little extra to explore while taking care of all his important business along the way.

Back home, it was time to settle in at the door and peacefully watch the world go by. 🌿

This is the beauty of personalized drop-in care.

One of the most comforting parts of the Doggie Zen Den experience 🐾❤️

is knowing exactly how your dog is doing while they’re in our care.

“To Scruffy’s parents:

Scruffy was awesome today. He was waiting at the door, ready to go. He moved pretty quickly, threw on some aftershave, and we were off.

He was especially excited to head down to visit his favorite gal, but unfortunately no one came out to say hello today. Disappointed? Just a little. 😄

Still, the mission continued.

After taking care of business and enjoying the fresh spring air, it was back home just in time to bark at the mailman and make sure the neighborhood stayed safe for another day.

Once the excitement settled, Scruffy made himself comfortable by the window, happily watching the world go by. 🐾

Your dog on the first perfect spring day🐾🌸

Scruffy felt spring in the air as soon as we walked out the door to go for our walk.

Lunch ✔️
Ran to the door like it was the best moment of his life ✔️
Met Pepper (girlfriend)+ her dad ✔️
Treats were absolutely involved ✔️
Mission = accomplished ✔️

Now he’s relaxing on the back of the couch watching the world like a little old man.

These are the moments you don’t get to see but they matter more than you think.
