SPCA Westchester A No-Kill Animal Rescue Center and Humane Law Enforcement for Westchester County in Briarcliff Manor, NY. We support more than 5,500 animals every year.

SPCA Westchester is NOT affiliated with the ASPCA or any national animal welfare organizations. Recognized as a “no-kill” Rescue Center, the SPCA is committed to finding homes for all adoptable animals regardless of space or length of stay. We support more than 4,000 animals every year through our many life-saving programs.

Our sweet boy Lucky is officially up for adoption! This small, young terrier mix was recently rescued by our Humane Law Enforcement Unit, and sadly, he has just been diagnosed with a rare medical issue called Megaesophagus. Due to his condition, Lucky cannot eat while standing on all four legs. He requires a special feeding chair that will go home with his adopters. The chair allows Lucky to sit up while eating so that food can easily reach his stomach. This poor pup has had a rough go and deserves a patient home with someone who has the time and love to give this deserving gentleman ❤️ To learn more about Lucky, please email [email protected] 🐾

I just can’t with this face, and those big brown eyes ❤️ Mango, an adorable low rider, and his equally adorable low rider siblings with their short, stubby legs, will be ready to meet and adopt at this Sunday’s free Taylor Swift Experience Concert! This special event is hosted by the Official Yorktown Lions at the Jack DeVito Park in Yorktown and we’ll be there from 4-7pm with our mobile adoption unit 🐾

This poor senior kitty named Charlie was hiding in his deceased owner’s apartment for two weeks before someone realized he was there 😢 No one knew his owner had a cat so Charlie was alone with no food or water. When the moving company showed up he was fortunately discovered and a neighbor rushed him to a local vet. Charlie was in critical care, but he’s a fighter and is now at the SPCA in search of a new beginning ❤️ This sweet guy is around 14 years old and sadly has kidney disease. Charlie is a total chatterbox, enjoys lots of cuddles, and is getting more playful each day. We love hearing our team baby talk to him and he seems to love it too 🥰 Stop in any day to meet Charlie!
