Meet Dr. Katie Heckel! As a Spring Hill resident for the past 10 years, Dr. Katie is passionate about providing comprehensive, high-quality care to pets and the families who love them. After earning her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University in 2008, she spent four years in general practice in Columbus, Ohio before making the move to Tennessee for new opportunities... and warmer weather. 😆

With more than a decade of experience caring for pets in the Nashville area, Dr. Katie brings a diverse skill set and special interests in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, and dentistry. She’s excited to serve the Williamson County community closer to home and build lasting relationships with clients at Berry Farms and Concord Road Animal Hospitals.

As we head into the holiday weekend, it's important to remember that while the Fourth of July is a fun holiday for us, it can be incredibly stressful (and even dangerous) for our pets. 🐾
