❌ Myth: Donkeys are stubborn and aggressive
✅ Truth: Donkeys are calm, intelligent, and very thoughtful animals

Donkeys don’t react the same way horses do. When something feels unsafe, they stop and think instead of running. That pause is often mistaken for being “mean” or “stubborn,” but it’s really self-preservation and intelligence.

💡 Why donkeys get a bad reputation:
• They don’t flee first, they assess the situation
• They will defend themselves if threatened
• Poor handling or lack of trust can make any animal act out

💙 The reality:
• Donkeys are extremely loyal once bonded
• Many are gentle with kids and other animals
• They love routine, scratches, and calm energy
• Minis are especially social and people-oriented
