We want to share an important update with our community. Animal Emergency and Specialty has recently moved to limited operating hours during the week starting very soon, which may make it more difficult for some pet families to access care when they need it.
At All Creatures, we understand how important timely veterinary care is for your pets. To help support our community during this time, our team will be doing our best to accommodate additional appointments and urgent care needs whenever possible.
If youâre having difficulty finding an appointment or need care for your pet, please donât hesitate to call. Our staff will work with you to find the soonest available time or alternate location to make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve.
We also want to acknowledge the hardworking team at the other hospitalâveterinary medicine has been facing staffing challenges across the country, and burnout has been a continuous issue within our field. We support our colleagues as they navigate these changes and hope to see them back to full operation hours soon.
Our shared goal is always the same: keeping pets healthy and cared for and supporting you in doing so.
Thank you for continuing to trust us with your petsâ care.
Dear Pet Owners and Community Members,
We want to share an important update about our emergency service hours.
Like many veterinary hospitals, we are experiencing staffing challenges. To ensure we can continue providing emergency care during the times our community needs it mostâespecially evenings, weekends, and holidays when many family veterinary practices are closedâwe are making a temporary adjustment to our ER intake hours.
Beginning on March 29, we will not be receiving emergency cases between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. During this time, our team will continue caring for patients currently hospitalized with us.
If your pet has a medical emergency during these weekday daytime hours, we recommend contacting your primary care veterinarian, as many local practices are open and able to provide urgent care.
Our Internal Medicine and Surgery services remain fully operational, and their schedules and availability are not affected by these changes.
Our priority is ensuring we have the team members available to provide safe, high-quality care when pets in our community need it most. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our team.
