Happy Saturday!

As of right now, we continue to not have access to our internet or phones. While we have successfully obtained limited access via hotspots to continue our already scheduled appointments, we are unable to take on any additional urgent care appointments for today.

Until further notice, for *URGENT* needs, please call our cell phone at: +1 360-710-9913. This will be our only phone access so please be patient if we are unable to answer immediately. We will return any voicemails left.

Otherwise, please leave a message at our primary number (360-377-3801) and we will get back to you as soon as we have access once more.

We appreciate your patience.

🐈 “Love Cats, Love Wildlife” 🦉

We’ve been starting to get wildlife babies into care here at Center Valley, and there are many simply, and everyday actions people can take to help! One of the best ways is to keep cats indoor! This keeps both wildlife safe, as well as your cats!

Recently, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife recently launched a new campaign called “Love Cats, Love Wildlife”. This campaign encourages feline owners to care for their cats in ways to help protect our wildlife and natural spaces! (And also keep their pets enriched and active)

Please see the attached resources to take the pledge and learn more about how you can do your part! When you take the pledge, you’ll receive a copy of the rack card, window decal and a sticker.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with our community!

A new chapter is beginning as we proudly introduce the new ownership team behind our beloved clinic—Dr. Rawnie Torres, Anastasia Massie, LVT, and Lizzie Green, LVT. With a shared passion for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care, they are honored to carry forward the legacy of this practice while bringing fresh energy and vision.

Along with this new beginning comes a new name: All Creatures General and Integrative Hospital—a name that reflects a whole-patient approach, blending traditional and integrative medicine to support the health and wellbeing of every animal we serve.

Our team is beyond excited to reopen as a privately owned hospital, allowing us to focus even more on personalized care, meaningful client relationships, and giving back to the community we love so much.

Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait to welcome you and your furry, feathered, and scaled family members through our doors again soon!

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our phones. This is causing us to lose connection to both incoming and outgoing calls, and lose calls placed on hold. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work on this.

If you are affected by this, please try calling again or you can email us directly at [email protected]

Thank you.

We want to share an important update with our community. Animal Emergency and Specialty has recently moved to limited operating hours during the week starting very soon, which may make it more difficult for some pet families to access care when they need it.

At All Creatures, we understand how important timely veterinary care is for your pets. To help support our community during this time, our team will be doing our best to accommodate additional appointments and urgent care needs whenever possible.

If you’re having difficulty finding an appointment or need care for your pet, please don’t hesitate to call. Our staff will work with you to find the soonest available time or alternate location to make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve.

We also want to acknowledge the hardworking team at the other hospital—veterinary medicine has been facing staffing challenges across the country, and burnout has been a continuous issue within our field. We support our colleagues as they navigate these changes and hope to see them back to full operation hours soon.

Our shared goal is always the same: keeping pets healthy and cared for and supporting you in doing so.

Thank you for continuing to trust us with your pets’ care.

Dear Pet Owners and Community Members,

We want to share an important update about our emergency service hours.
Like many veterinary hospitals, we are experiencing staffing challenges. To ensure we can continue providing emergency care during the times our community needs it most—especially evenings, weekends, and holidays when many family veterinary practices are closed—we are making a temporary adjustment to our ER intake hours.

Beginning on March 29, we will not be receiving emergency cases between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. During this time, our team will continue caring for patients currently hospitalized with us.

If your pet has a medical emergency during these weekday daytime hours, we recommend contacting your primary care veterinarian, as many local practices are open and able to provide urgent care.

Our Internal Medicine and Surgery services remain fully operational, and their schedules and availability are not affected by these changes.

Our priority is ensuring we have the team members available to provide safe, high-quality care when pets in our community need it most. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our team.
