Just look at those colors coming in! This little sweetheart is growing more feathers every day and getting more curious about the world around them. Watching these babies transform from tiny fluff balls into beautiful young lovebirds is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Did you know that lovebirds can recognize their friends and mates by the sound of their voices? 🐦🎶

These intelligent little parrots use different calls to communicate and stay connected with the birds they know and trust. Even when they can’t see each other, they can often identify a familiar flock member just by hearing them!

No wonder these social birds form such strong bonds. ❤️

☀️ The best way to start the morning? Baby bird squeaks! 🐣💕

Every morning starts with checking on the babies, making sure they’re happy, healthy, and ready for their next feeding. There’s something so special about hearing those tiny squeaks and seeing their excited little faces when they know breakfast is coming.

This sweet little lovebird is already full of personality and making the cutest sounds. Moments like these are a reminder of why I love raising and caring for these babies every single day.

🦜 Looking for His Forever Home 🦜

This sweet little guy (the darker-colored one) is ready to find a family of his own! ❤️

He is currently learning to fly, already knows how to step up, and loves spending time with people. One of his favorite places to be is perched on a shoulder, happily hanging out and keeping you company.

He’s curious, gentle, and full of personality. Watching him gain confidence and learn new skills has been such a joy, and now he’s ready for the next chapter with a loving home.

Meet Olive! 💚

Olive is a beautiful Double Factor Olive Lineolated Parakeet (Linnie), and she’s here to help introduce one of the most charming parrot species around!

Linnies are often called the “sloths of the bird world” because of their calm, slow-moving nature. But don’t let their laid-back personality fool you—they’re incredibly intelligent and can be amazing mimics! Many Linnies learn to imitate sounds, whistles, and even words with surprising clarity.

With their gentle personalities, quiet voices, and adorable waddling walk, it’s easy to see why so many bird lovers fall in love with them. Olive is a perfect example of everything that makes Linnies so special!

💕 Why Are They Called Lovebirds? 💕

It’s easy to see how these little parrots earned their name! Lovebirds are known for forming strong bonds and are often seen cuddling, preening each other, and spending nearly every moment side by side.

Their scientific name, Agapornis, actually means “love bird” in Greek. ❤️🦜

Whether they’re sharing a perch, grooming their favorite friend, or simply sitting shoulder to shoulder, lovebirds are a reminder that the smallest birds can have the biggest hearts.
