As you celebrate with costumes, candy, and pumpkins galore, don’t forget — many Halloween treats can be tricks for our furry friends! 🍫🚫

👻 Keep candy, especially chocolate, out of paw’s reach.
🍬 Sugar-free candies with xylitol can be toxic to pets, too.
🎃 Store candy bowls and treat bags up high where curious noses can’t find them.

Good morning Critter Family,

I hope you all are having a great start to your day! 🐶🐱 I just wanted to send a friendly reminder about our cancellation and reschedule policies. These help us ensure the best care possible for all of our furry (and feathered!) friends.

🐾 Normal Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
For example, if you have visits scheduled tomorrow between 11am–2pm, please let us know before 11am today.

🎄 Holiday & School Break Policy
During major holidays or school breaks (including summer break), we require a 14-day notice for cancellations or reschedules.
If you have visits starting during these times, please reach out at least two weeks before your first scheduled visit.

Why These Policies Are Important:
• 💕 Our schedule fills quickly—especially during holidays—so early notice allows us to offer openings to other families in need of care.
• 🐕‍🦺 Many of our sitters rearrange their personal schedules, childcare, and holiday plans to make sure every pet is cared for.
• 🐾 Reliable planning helps us maintain fair and consistent income for our dedicated team.
• 🐈 Most importantly, it ensures every pet receives the attention, time, and love they deserve!
