We had the best time this morning cutting up with two of our favorite “big puppy dogs” — Cutter and Applejack. 😍

These two may be horses, but don’t let that fool you…
They’ll follow you around for love, lean in for hugs, wiggle their lips for attention, and absolutely insist on being the center of every selfie. 😂💛

Greyson and I soaked up the sunshine, gave plenty of scratches, and got smothered in horsey kisses (the sweetest kind). Applejack even tried to sneak her nose into every picture like the little ham she is!

Days like this are why we love what we do.
From tiny pets to gentle giants — every critter is family. 🐾💙

Good morning Critter Family,

I hope you all are having a great start to your day! 🐶🐱 I just wanted to send a friendly reminder about our cancellation and reschedule policies. These help us ensure the best care possible for all of our furry (and feathered!) friends.

🐾 Normal Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
For example, if you have visits scheduled tomorrow between 11am–2pm, please let us know before 11am today.

🎄 Holiday & School Break Policy
During major holidays or school breaks (including summer break), we require a 14-day notice for cancellations or reschedules.
If you have visits starting during these times, please reach out at least two weeks before your first scheduled visit.

Why These Policies Are Important:
• 💕 Our schedule fills quickly—especially during holidays—so early notice allows us to offer openings to other families in need of care.
• 🐕‍🦺 Many of our sitters rearrange their personal schedules, childcare, and holiday plans to make sure every pet is cared for.
• 🐾 Reliable planning helps us maintain fair and consistent income for our dedicated team.
• 🐈 Most importantly, it ensures every pet receives the attention, time, and love they deserve!
