Now that all the remaining 2025 jobs are in process, everything should be completed within a month or so and it will be time for the 2026 season to start! I want to take a moment to thank all of my customers and let you know how much I appreciate your business. 🙏🏼
There will be some changes for the 2026 season. I will be using a professional tanning service for most jobs. This will allow me to take in more animals and more clients while still maintaining the turnaround time. This year when you contact me to preserve your trophy there will be a few simple steps to follow. ***Immediately get your animal in the freezer after it's processed and ensure that your processor knows it's going to be used for taxidermy and keeps it frozen until you pick it up.*** Next I will schedule a drop off date for your job. Upon arriving at the shop your animal will be thawed and have a serial number stamped into the hide that will correlate with your job name. Then it will be off to the tannery! A 50% deposit will be required at drop off.
As always I'm looking to provide the highest quality deer mounts at a reasonable price. Prices will remain under the national and state averages. Last year's job list was full by mid November and I'm hoping this year to take in more animals by outsourcing the tanning process which frees up more time to focus on the finished product.
